Custom AI builds

Tell us what your cameras should catch.

There is no fixed menu. If it can be seen on a camera, we will tell you honestly whether we can build it, and then we build it.

Working through an installer or reseller? We sit behind your brand.

Why people come to us

Almost every conversation starts the same way. Someone needs a specific thing spotted, and no product on the market does it.

It does not exist

Your problem is specific to your site

A machine guard left open. A boat approaching a jetty. Two people through one gate on one badge. Standard products stop here.

It is too slow

Your supplier said six months

They will get to it eventually, at a price that only makes sense at very large scale. We commit to a date and a fixed fee.

It broke on site

It worked in the demo, not in the plant

Wrong light, wrong camera height, too many false alarms, and the team switches it off. We retrain on your real footage until it holds.

Nothing is out of scope until we have looked

A recent shipyard project ran to twenty-one different alerts across four areas of the site, several of which had never been built before. This is the range, not the limit.

Perimeter and boundary

  • Fence and boundary breach
  • Climbing or scaling attempts
  • Loitering near sensitive areas
  • Waterfront and jetty approach
  • Small boat approach to a berth

Gates and identity

  • Face-based access and attendance
  • Number plate reading at gates
  • Two people on one badge
  • Entry into a restricted area
  • Visitor and contractor movement

Worker safety

  • Helmet, vest, gloves, boots
  • Falls from height
  • A person collapsed or not moving
  • Confined space entry and dwell
  • Fire watch present during hot work

Fire and hazard

  • Fire and smoke, early
  • Welding sparks near flammables
  • Smoking in a no-smoking zone
  • Visual signs of a gas leak
  • Oil spill on a water surface

Operations and productivity

  • Forklift speed and near misses
  • Loading bay dwell and idle time
  • Machine or line stoppage
  • Housekeeping and spills
  • Operator posture at a machine

Retail and public spaces

  • Footfall and repeat visits
  • Queue length and waiting time
  • Billing counter irregularities
  • Shelf gaps and stock-outs
  • Crowd build-up and density

These are examples, not a catalogue. Most of the plain items are things we already run in production. Items marked were built because a customer asked for something that did not exist. If your requirement is not here, that is usually the reason people call us.

How far you take it is your call

The same team covers all three. You can start small and move up later without rebuilding anything.

1

One alert you are missing

We build a single detection and hand it over, running on your existing cameras and the recorder you already have. Useful when everything else is working and one thing is not.

2

A complete system for your site

Cameras where they are needed, on-site hardware sized for the load, every alert your site actually requires, and a console your team uses daily. Live view, zone drawing, alert history with evidence, roles and permissions, reports, and alerts routed to app, WhatsApp, email or your existing control room. Installed, tuned and supported.

3

Your own platform, built and branded

For companies putting their own product in the market. We build the engine, the console and the integrations under your name, and stay on as the engineering team behind it.

Face, with or without a name

Most people analytics does not need to know who someone is. We build both, and keep them apart on purpose.

No name stored

Counts the same person once instead of five times. Repeat visits, time spent per area, real queue waits, with nothing that identifies anyone.

Enrolled people

Attendance, contractor gate access, visitor passes. The person is registered and has agreed. This is where we run at the largest scale today.

Watchlist matching

Matching against a known list. Powerful, and restricted by law in several countries. We will tell you honestly whether it fits where you operate.

How an engagement runs

Five steps from a short clip to a working system. No workshops, no discovery fee.

1

Tell us the site

A short clip or a few photos, and what should raise an alert. A camera list helps if you have one.

2

We answer in 48 hours

What is possible, how accurate, what hardware, and the fixed price. If something cannot be done we say so.

3

See it working

A demo on your own footage before you commit to the full build. The fee counts towards it.

4

Build and install

Site survey, hardware, training on your footage, installation, and your team shown how to use it.

5

Tune and support

We stay on it after go-live, cut false alarms, and retrain as the site, seasons and cameras change.

Built to sit behind an integrator

A large part of our work is done under someone else's name. Here is exactly how that arrangement runs, before you have to ask.

Before the order

We help you win it

Send us the requirement or the tender. We write the technical section, list the alerts, size the hardware and give you an itemised bill of quantities you can price and submit as your own.

During the pursuit

A demo on their footage

If the deal turns on proving it works, we build the detection on the customer's own site footage so you can show it running instead of describing it.

In the room

Our engineers, your team

We join technical calls as part of your team when you want the depth in the room, and stay off the call entirely when you do not.

On delivery

Your name on everything

Console, mobile app, reports and alert emails carry your branding. The customer sees your product, not ours.

Always

Your customer stays yours

We do not approach your client during the project or after it. Quotes go to you, never around you, and support runs through you unless you ask us to front it.

Commercials

Your margin stays yours

You get partner pricing and set the customer price yourself. There is no published price list for a customer to hold against you.

Also working directly

Where there is no partner on a project, we deliver to the end customer ourselves. We would rather say that here than have you discover it later. On any account you bring us, the rules above hold.

Who the end customers are

Shipyards and ports, factories and warehouses, retail chains, campuses and schools, housing societies, and public infrastructure. Sites from a handful of cameras to several hundred.

Common questions

General

My requirement is unusual. Will you still look at it?

That is most of our work. Some of what we run today started as a request nobody had built before. Send a clip and we will tell you within two working days whether it is possible, rather than saying no on a call.

Do we have to replace our cameras?

Usually not. We work with the cameras and recorder already on site, analog or IP. Where a specific view is not achievable with the current setup, we tell you during scoping rather than after the order.

Does our video leave the site?

No. Everything runs on hardware on your premises. For training we agree in writing what footage is used, where it is kept and when it is deleted.

Can you do the whole thing, not just the AI?

Yes. Cameras, on-site hardware, network, installation, the console your team uses, dashboards, reports and integration into systems you already run. Or only the piece you are missing, if the rest is already in place.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted as a fixed price before work starts, split into hardware and software so you can see both. We quote after looking at your site, because a number given without that is a guess.

How long does it take?

An answer on feasibility in two working days. A working demo in about fifteen working days. A full site build usually runs four to twelve weeks depending on camera count and how much hardware is involved.

What if it does not work?

We find that out at the demo stage, before you commit to the full project. We also hand over the conditions under which the detection fails, so nobody is surprised after installation.

Who owns what you build?

Anything trained on your footage for your use case is yours. We keep our own platform and the general models underneath it. This is written into the agreement, not left open.

Where do you work?

India and the Gulf are our home markets. We also work with customers and partners in the UK, Europe, Canada, the United States and Africa, with daily working-hours overlap.

For integrators, resellers and OEMs

Will you go direct to our customer?

No. On a project you bring us we do not approach your client during the work or afterwards, and quotes go to you rather than around you. We do sell directly where there is no partner involved, which is why this is written down rather than promised on a call.

Whose brand does the end customer see?

Yours. The console, the mobile app, the reports and the alert emails carry your name and logo. If you would rather co-brand or show ours, that is your decision to make per account.

How is it priced for us?

You get partner pricing and you set the customer price, so the margin is yours to decide. Hardware and software are quoted separately so you can mark them up differently.

Can you help us respond to a tender?

Yes, and it is one of the most useful things we do. Send the requirement and we come back with the alert list mapped to the site, hardware sizing, an itemised bill of quantities and a technical write-up you can put into your submission under your own name.

Can your engineers join a call with our customer?

Yes, introduced as part of your team. We answer the technical questions and leave the commercial conversation to you. If you would rather keep us out of the room entirely, we brief your engineer instead.

Do we have to buy your cameras and hardware?

No. We work with the camera and recorder brands you already stock and sell. Where a particular model will not deliver the view a detection needs, we say so during scoping and suggest what will.

Can our own engineers install and commission it?

Yes. We train your team, hand over the configuration and stay on the line during the first installation. Many partners run every install themselves after the first two.

Who supports the customer after handover?

You front it and we sit behind you as second line, which keeps the relationship yours. If you would rather we take support directly, we can do that too, under your brand.

What do you need from us to quote?

A short clip or a few site photos, a rough camera count, and one line per alert you need. A layout drawing helps. We do not need a formal specification to give you a number.

Do you offer territory exclusivity?

Not as a default, because it tends to lock both sides into something neither can service properly. We do register named accounts and opportunities to you, and will discuss exclusivity once there is a track record of delivered projects.

How does invoicing work for a partner outside India?

We invoice your company directly, in your currency where possible, with the standard export documentation. Hardware and software are separated on the invoice so you can handle customs and your own billing cleanly.

Can we resell it as a subscription?

Yes. Many partners prefer a per-camera monthly model over a one-time sale. We can structure it either way, including on-premise deployments where nothing runs in the cloud.

Send us thirty seconds of footage.

Tell us what should have raised an alert. We come back in two working days with whether it can be built, how accurate it will be, and the price.

No charge for scoping. No sales call required.
