What it is not

It is a design study, not a site survey. Nobody from IndoAI has stood in your building, so camera positions are design intent — every one needs checking against your real ceiling before a hole is drilled.

Prices are a budget range, not a quotation, and some items still need a vendor quote. The report says clearly which is which, on every line.

Why we say all this out loud

Because a confident-looking total that quietly leaves out the recorder and the labour is how a ₹2 lakh quote turns into a ₹4 lakh invoice. We would rather show you the range.

Getting a good result

How to film your site in one minute

You do not need anything but a phone. These five habits are the difference between a rough sketch and a drawing you could hand to an installer.

Walk slowly, at chest height. Steady beats detailed. A slow sweep tells us more than a fast, shaky one.
Get every corner. Stand in the middle of each room and turn a full circle, then walk the length of each aisle.
Point at the ceiling. We need to see height, beams, ducting and false-ceiling tiles — that decides where a camera can physically go.
Include the doors. Main entrance, back door, goods-in, shutter. Doors are where most of the value is.
Say the sizes out loud. Talk while you film — “this aisle is about six metres”. We use the audio too.

Nothing to film? That is fine.

A floor plan photo, a few stills, or even just a good written description will still produce a useful report. It will simply say so on the cover, and tell you what a site visit would change.
